Welcome to Autozis! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Autozis website (https://autozis.com), our cloud-based web portal, any applications provided by Autozis, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Autozis ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, registering for, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and uninstall any Autozis applications.
1. Eligibility and User Accounts
To use certain features of Autozis, you must register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Autozis is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
2. Nature of the Service & Disclaimer of Liability
Autozis provides a digital platform that allows users to record, organize, and analyze information related to vehicle management.
• "As Is" Provision: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• User Responsibility: Autozis calculates metrics and schedules alerts based entirely on data input by the user. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and complies with local safety laws.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autozis shall not be liable for mechanical failures, traffic accidents, fines, missed maintenance intervals, loss of data, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your reliance on information generated by the app.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Third-Party Platforms
Autozis may offer both free tiers and paid premium features (subscriptions).
• Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and automatically renew unless canceled by the user before the next billing cycle.
• App Store Rules: If you purchase a subscription through a third-party marketplace (such as Google Play or Apple App Store), billing, cancellation, and transaction rules are managed directly by those respective platforms.
4. Refund Policy
• Direct Purchases: For purchases made directly through our web portal, refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Approval is subject to review based on the circumstances of the request.
• Platform Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores are subject to those platform's refund policies. Autozis cannot directly process or guarantee refunds for transactions handled by Apple or Google.
5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property Restrictions
All contents, interfaces, features, and source codes within Autozis are the exclusive intellectual property of Autozis. You are strictly prohibited from:
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the app's source code.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or web spiders to extract data from the Service.
• Utilizing data, text, or interface structures from Autozis to train artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or to build competing products.
6. User Data & Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal data (such as name, email, payment processing) and non-personal data (via cookies) are fully detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review it at https://autozis.com/privacy-policy.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any features, pricing plans, or integrations at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms via email. Your continued use of the Service following a policy update indicates definitive acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, your use of the Service, and any disputes arising directly from them shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Portugal.
