What the Excel Template Can Import
The structured workbook can carry vehicle-related data including insurance, refuels, EV charges, maintenance services and parts, expenses, reminders, trips, locations, fuel types, parts, and expense types.
Autozis reports processed counts, warnings, and errors after the upload. Review that result instead of assuming every source row was accepted.
Formatting matters
Worksheet names, column headers, dates, and relationships must follow the downloaded template. Duplicate or incomplete records may be skipped or reported as warnings.
Choose What to Export
Select a vehicle, choose Excel or CSV, and include the record groups you need: refuels or charges when applicable, maintenance, expenses, reminders, insurance, and trips. Basic vehicle information is always included.
CSV exports can also be passed to the platform sharing workflow. Exported files are snapshots of the selected data at the time you create them.
